Dr. Livingston bought the practice in 1995 after deciding with her family to move to Blairsville from Atlanta. She is a 1988 graduate of the University of Georgia's College of Veterinary Medicine and a former member of the US Army Veterinary Corps. She lived and worked in Tuscany where her first son was born. At Blairsville Animal Hospital, her passions are for preventative care and community education to promote public health. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 sons, reading, and helping out at Crane Creek Vineyards, the other family business, in Young Harris.
